QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
* Excellent English and Turkish language skills
* Experience on Generators Systems is preferable
* Experience on Energy Measurement and Remote Monitoring Systems is preferable
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
* Willingness to learn
* Strong in communication and team work
* No military obligation
* Maximum 35 years old
* Non smoker
* Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad
* Resident at Anatolian side of Istanbul
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Helping customers solve technical issues
* Answering questions from customers
* Developing customer-facing documentation
* Communicating customer needs and wishes
* Visiting customers and project field
* Filing reports regarding product problems
* Researching technical issues
* Reviewing product change requests
* Learning about product updates and new technologies
* Participation in providing training to customers as required
